摩托车装配车间的生产系统仿真

摘    要:基于Flexsim对摩托车装配车间的生产系统进行了仿真,给出提高系统效能的方案。参照装配车间工艺,建立了装配车间的仿真模型,运行仿真模型求解出瓶颈部装线;利用生产线平衡启发式算法,对瓶颈部装线进行了平衡分析,得出瓶颈部装线的优化方案,建立瓶颈部装线的仿真模型,进行方案比较。仿真实验结果表明,基于Flexsim求解生产线上的瓶颈是可行的,生产线平衡启发式算法能够提高生产线效率。生产系统优化仿真能够为企业提供优化方案和科学依据,使企业在不增加投资的情况下提高生产率。

Abstract:The product system of a motorcycle assemble shop was simulated based on Flexsim, and the plan improving system efficiency was showed.
