海洋平台点火控制盘调试技术

摘    要:海洋平台调试的目的是检验设备、系统的安装情况以及设备性能是否符合设计要求,并解决和完善设计、建造等阶段的遗留问题.以丽水36-1天然气平台为例,点火控制盘包括地面内传焰点火装置和高空点火装置,高空点火有自动和手动两种方式,调试工作在海上完成,主要包括外观检查、功能检查、高空点火测试、内传焰点火测试、中控信号测试等,调试过程中容易出现漏气、内传焰点火失败、中控信号指示错误等问题.为合理利用丙烷气,先进行高空点火调试,后进行内传焰点火调试.

Commissioning of the ignition control panel on offshore platform

Abstract:The purpose of commissioning is to check whether the installation completeness of device and system, as well as the equipment characteristics are comply with the design re- quirements, to solve and complete the leftover problems in the stage of design and construc- tion. Take LiShui36-1 platform as an example, the ignition control panel on the offshore platform normally consists of two parts, one is the flame front generator, and the other is the elevated ignition device. The elevated ignition device can be operated by manual or auto- matically. The commissioning work of the ignition control panel is conducted on the sea, in- cluding appearance inspection, function check, elevated ignition test, and flame front genera- tor test as well as the signal test to CCR. Several problems may appear during the commis-sioning, such as the gas leakage, ignition failure of flame front generator and error signal in-dication in CCR. To make use the propane gas more efficiently, it is better to conduct the commissioning of flame front generator firstly, and then conduct the commissioning of elevat-ed ignition device.
