粉体静电实时在线监控系统设计

摘    要:本文介绍了粉体静电实时、在线监控系统的设计,它由现场的定容式粉体静电监测仪和控制室内的监控机两部分组成,采用组态王作为监控软件,依据Modbus协议控制粉体静电监测仪进行粉体静电电荷的实时、在线、远程监测.论文介绍了系统的整体构成、工作原理及远程实时监控功能的实现方法.该监测系统弥补了手动方式监测粉体静电电量的不便,更有效的避免了石化行业中的燃烧、爆炸等重大事故的发生.实验结果表明,系统具有较好的重复性.
