新型热作模具钢HG1的回火稳定性研究

摘    要:研究了新型热作模具钢HG1分别从1020℃、1050℃、1080℃、1100℃二和1130℃淬火后的回火稳定性,并与经相同热处理的H13钢做了对比。结果表明,HG1钢比H13钢有更好的回火稳定性,表现为当回火温度超过600℃以后,HG1铜能保持比H13钢高的硬度。因此在高温条件下使用,HG1钢是代替H13钢的理想材料。

Abstract:The tempering resistance of a new type hot work die steel HG1 queneed from 1020 ℃, 1050 ℃, 1080 ℃ , 1100 ℃ and 1130 ℃ respectively was investigated and compared with H13 steel heat-treated with the same process. The results show that the tempering resistance of HGI steel will be better than that of H13 steel, demonstrating that HG1 steel tempered at the temperatures above 600 ℃ will provide higher hardness than HI 3 steel tempered at the same temperature. Therefore, HG1 steel will be preforable to H13 steel when it is served at high temperature.
