新型带暗支撑U型筋预制叠合板剪力墙抗震性能试验研究

摘    要:
为了简化预制叠合板剪力墙的施工过程,提出由两块独立预制带U型筋混凝土板拼装且中间浇注自密实混凝土的新型带X形钢板暗支撑叠合剪力墙。为了论证这种新型带暗支撑叠合剪力墙的可行性,本文分别设计了1片带X形钢板暗支撑水平U型筋叠合剪力墙试件(W-1)和1片带X形钢板暗支撑竖向U型筋叠合剪力墙试件(W-2),并进行了拟静力试验,系统地比较分析了两个试件的裂缝分布、破坏形态、承载力、滞回曲线、骨架曲线、刚度退化、位移延性以及耗能能力等性能。研究结果表明:两个试件的裂缝分布及破坏形态基本相同,均为弯剪破坏;两个试件均未出现任何竖向裂缝及相对错动,呈现出良好的整体性,预制混凝土板与现浇自密实混凝土可以协同受力;试件W-1的承载能力更强,试件W-2的变形能力更好,与传统工艺制作的预制叠合板剪力墙相比,试件W-1与W-2的抗震性能均有所削弱,说明本文提出的新型带暗支撑叠合剪力墙仍需在构造上优化。

Abstract:
In order to simplify the construction process of the composite shear wall with concealed bracings, a new type of composite shear wall with concealed bracings is proposed. The proposed composite shear wall consists of two pieces of independent precast reinforced concrete plate with U-shape steel bars, X-shape steel plate concealed bracings and infilling self-compacting concrete. To verify the feasibility of the proposed composite shear wall, a composite shear wall with concealed bracings and horizontal U-shape steel bars(W-1) and a composite shear wall with concealed bracings and vertical U-shape steel bars(W-2) are designed and fabricated, the quasi-static tests of two shear wall specimens are carried out, the seismic behaviors(the failure mode, bearing capacity, displacement ductility and energy dissipation capacity) of specimens W-1 and W-2 are obtained and compared. The test results show that: the two specimens appear the same crack distribution and bending-shear failure mode;the vertical crack and relative sliding are not found in the two specimens, the two specimens have good integrity, and all parts can bear load together;the specimen W-1 has higher bearing capacity and the specimen W-2 has better deformation ability, but the seismic performance of the two specimens are inferior to that of traditional composite shear wall with concealed bracings, the proposed precast composite shear wall is still required to be improved.
