摘    要:纤维预制体的渗透率是影响树脂模塑成型过程中树脂流动的重要控制参数,预制体变形将会导致渗透率发生变化,从而对树脂流动产生影响.简述了树脂传递模塑成型(RTM)工艺中的三种渗透率预测方法,并对预制体变形后渗透率的研究进行了文献回顾,主要介绍了预制体剪切变形和横向压实两种变形形式对织物渗透率的影响研究,其研究方法以实验测量法和数值模拟法为主,为RTM工艺中预制体变形后渗透率的预测提供参考,最后对预制体渗透率预测的发展前景进行了展望.

Abstract:The permeability of the fabric preform was a key parameter affecting the resin flow during the resin transfer molding(RTM) process. The deformation of the preform changed the permeability,which affected the resin flow. Research on the permeability of the preform after deformation was reviewed. The shear deformation and transverse compaction of the preform and the influence of these two deformations on the permeability were mainly introduced,which provided a reference for the prediction of the preform permeability after deformation in RTM process. Finally,an outlook of the permeability prediction of fabric preform was presented.
