摘    要:在高海拔长日低温、低海拔日高温、低海拔长日高温和人工气候室长光低温条件下,进行了光温敏不育水稻分离世代的不育株出现频率以及选择实用型不育系的效果和选择方法的研究。

Abstract:Sterile plant frequencies occuring in segregative generation of photo-thermo-sensitive genic male sterile rice, effect of selecting practical sterile lines and selecting method were studied under ling-day/lower temperature at higher altitude site, long-day/higher temperature and short-day/higher temperature at lower altitude site and long-light/lower temperature in artificial climate room. The results show that the sterile plant frequencies occuring under long-day/higher temperature are averagely2. 4 times higher than that underlong-day/ lower temperature, suggesting that most sterile plants which have higher critical temperature of fertility alteration be discarded through selecting under long-day/ lower temperatural condition. With two selectings in one generation under long-day/lower temperature and under short-day/higher temperature, respectively, practical photoperiod-sensitive genie male sterile lines could be developed efficiently. A practical and operational programme of selecting P-TGMS lines has been established over five-year studies. This programme will be instructive to breeding work in future.
