摘    要:通过分析制造信息系统中数据集的特点,运用遗传算法的理论,对传统的关联知识挖掘算法进行了优化,对遗传算法中的系统编码进行了深入研究,并应用于制造信息系统中,进行了数据挖掘和知识发现的尝试,并给出了比较详细的算法描述与实现,之后对相应算法的效率以及优缺点进行了分析,并得到了详细量化的实验数据。通过对遗传算法优化过的关联规则的运用,使得对制造信息系统中大量数据进行挖掘的效率明显提高。

Abstract:Detailed analysis of the Manufacturing Information System (MIS) is given, the genetic algorithm is used for oplimizing the association rules orienting to the data set in the MIS. Besides, intensive research is proceeded with the coding system of the genetic algorithm and a corresponding application based on genetic algorithm is also realized. Furthermore, the new type algorithm experienced a series of tests that bring the advantages and disadvantages forward. The tests show that the application of genetic algorithm can exert positive influences on the association rules data mining. According to the test result, a conclusion is drawn that the integration of the Genetic Algorithm and the Association Rules has considerable high efficiency.
