摘    要:为解决省西江流域在水资源日常管理中的一些不足,根据省西江局的实际需求,从业务、技术和开发等方面,结合B/S模式和SSH架构,讨论了系统的组成结构和特点,及其功能建设和总体技术实现,并阐述了系统运行的应用效果,最后,简要地总结了系统的建设过程和效益。

Abstract:To solve some problems of the daily management in water resources of Xijiang River Basin, from the aspects of business, technology and development, combined with B/S mode and SSH architecture, structure, characteristics, functions and the overall technology of this system have been discussed according to the actual demand of Xijiang River Bureau. And then system''s good results have been expounded and its construction process and effectiveness have been summarized.
