| Abstract: | We report a case of giant ectopic pelvic spleen combined with an accessory spleen and confirmed by liver-spleen scan, angiography, magnetic resonance imaging, and surgical findings. In various reviews of the literature, no ectopic pelvic spleen larger than this one has been reported. |
