摘    要:真空膜蒸馏以其独特的优点而受到越来越广泛的关注,其可应用范围也变得越来越广.对近20年来国内外在真空膜蒸馏方面的研究工作进行了综述,评述了该过程传热传质机理实验研究、理论分析和过程模拟方面的主要研究成果;分析了过程的影响因素(真空度、膜的形态结构、进料温度、进料流速、进料浓度)和临界操作条件对过程的影响.认为有价值的研究工作为膜结构参数的选取、膜组件的优化、膜污染临界操作条件的确定方法和防止膜污染发生的自动控制模型的建立等,力图能为工业应用提供理论指导.

Abstract:At present, vacuum membrane distillation(VMD)has been paid more attention. The areas which may be applied are being expanded. The development of VMD in the recent 20 years was reviewed. The progresses on heat and mass transfer mechanism were discussed. The effects of operating conditions,including vacuum degree, membrane structure, feed temperature, velocity of feed flow and concentration of feed, on VMD and the critical operating conditions were analyzed. Finally, more profound studies on the selection of membrane parameters and the optimization of membrane module were put forward. The study of membrane fouling to establish the automatic control modules of membrane distillation process was also raised.
