机械搅拌澄清池运行工况优化试验研究

摘    要:介绍了在原水水质异常恶化的情况下,某大型火电厂原水预处理系统运行受到严重干扰,影响到了机组的安全稳定运行;通过机械搅拌澄清池运行工况优化试验研究,完成了水质分析化验,对异常原因进行分析确认,并采用提高杀菌灭藻剂加药量,调节原水pH,控制第二反应室沉降比,以及调整混凝剂加药量等优化措施,最终使机械搅拌澄清池运行恢复正常。

Abstract:At a thermal power plant,when quality of the source water dropped rapidly,the source water pretreatment system's operation was severely interrupted,running safety of the unit had been at stake.By experimenting with a mechanical stirring clarification pool,water sample were tested,causes of the malfunction were analyzed;by adding dosages of sterilizer and algicide,source water's PH value was under control again;also with the help of controlling settlement ratio and readjusting coagulant dosage in the second ...
