摘    要:目前国内1 000 MW塔式炉T23 钢水冷壁在标高48~70 m之间的燃烧区域出现多频次泄漏。对宁海电厂二期工程1 000 MW超超临界锅炉T23 钢水冷壁泄漏原因进行了分析探讨,并提出了应对措施,及时消除了水冷壁泄漏的隐患,减少了机组非计划停运次数。

Abstract:T23 steel waterwall leakage of 1 000 MW tower-type boiler frequently occurs in the region of 48-70 m. An analysis is conducted on the causes of T23 steel waterwall leakage of the Ninghai 1 000 MW ultra supercritical boiler unit and some counter measures are proposed, which has eliminated the hidden leakage trouble of waterwall and reduced the times of unplanned unit outrage.
