Abstract:The problem of guaranteed cost fuzzy controller is studied for a class of nonlinear time-delay neutral systems with norm-bounded uncertainty based on T-S model. The sufficient conditions are first derived for the existence of guaranteed cost fuzzy controllers. These sufficient conditions are equivalent to a kind of linear matrix inequalities. Furthermore, a convex optimization problem with LMI constraints is formulated to design the optimal guaranteed cost controller.
