石油井下压力测试系统的研究与设计

摘    要:
针对常规井下射孔压力测试系统体积大、功耗高、不耐高温等问题,研制了一种井下射孔压力数据采集与存储测试系统,用于深井及作业周期长、高温、高压、高;中击等恶劣环境。从实际应用需求出发,给出了系统总体设计方案及其实现原理和测试系统的技术指标,重点介绍了低功耗以及变频采样的实现原理。经过大庆油田测井现场实验,结果表明,该存储测试系统能够精确的记录下井、射孔和压裂恢复整个施工过程的压力数据,为高质量的打开油气层,进一步研究射孔工艺机理提供理论依据。

Abstract:
To solve the problem of bulky,high power consumption,bad high-temperature resistance in conventional downhole perforation pressure test system,a data acquisition and storage test system for downhole perforation pressure measurement is developed,which can be worked in deep hole and harsh environments such as long operating cycle,high temperature,high pressure,high impact and so on.Based on practical applications,the system solution,implementation principles,performance characteristics are given.The emphases ...
