超细长轴车削加工工艺分析

摘    要:为了确保超细长轴的加工质量,根据企业现有条件和生产实际状况,从工艺系统优化角度分析,通过对正、反向切削时工件变形进行的受力分析,建立了工件在切削力作用下产生弯曲变形的解析模型。采用各种简易的车削装置进行反向切削,并配以合理的刀具几何参数及切削用量来提高轴的刚性,优化了加工工艺,经实践取得满意效果。

Abstract:Mechanical analysis is carried out to the deformation of slender shafts to be assured the processing quality of exceed slender axle in the normal and reversed direction and mathematical models are set up for the calculation of bending deformation resulting from cutting forces in conditions of normal and reversed turning.According to the actual situation of company,adopted simple turning installations,back feed and suited with the geometry parameter of the best of cutting tools.Which improved rigidity of the axle and optimizationed the process and got visible effects.
