高强度热轧双相钢钢筋的成分设计与成分选定试验

摘    要:根据高强度热轧双相钢钢筋的组织、性能、工艺要求,进行了钢种的成分设计,并进行了成分选定试验,设计的低碳Mn-Si-Cr-V合金系钢筋在热轧空冷的性能要求,并且可焊性良好(Ceq〈0.58)。

Abstract:Synopsis Experiments on the composition design and selection have been carried out according to the structure, properties and process requirements. The prominent structure of the designed low carbon Mn-Si-Cr-V alloy steel rib mainly consists of ferrite and martensite (F+M) and its mechanical properties conform to grade IV steel rib and has excellent weldability (G eq <0.58).
