| 摘 要： | 根据某变电站500 kV断路器保护定检过程中发现的一断路器单跳单重试验后就地操作机构箱内防跳继电器偶尔不复归以及另一断路器操作箱内合闸保持继电器烧毁的现象，结合接线方式、设备参数及试验，分析了采用分相合闸方式的断路器操作箱和采用三相同时合闸的就地操作机构之间的配合所存在的问题，提出了合理调整合闸回路中各设备的参数、采用断路器操作箱内的防跳回路及采用分相合闸操作的方式等改进建议，探讨了这些改进方案的优劣。分析和结论对断路器合闸回路的设计有参考价值。
