国网电科院环境气候实验室EPC项目的质量管理和安全管理

介绍了我国"十一五"重大建设项目特高压交流试验示范工程的特高压交流试验基础的建设,在环境气侯实验室项目中实施质量管理和安全管理的总结.是我国EPC项目建成及投运在理论创新、试验研究及工程设计优化等方面的量要突破,为今后EPC项目的实施提供借鉴及理论支持.

EPC Project Summary of Quality & Security Management for Environmental Climate Laboratory of State Grid Electric Power Research Institute

Extra-high voltage alternating current test site was the one project of the State Grid Corporation＇s ＇four bases＇ construction, and also was an important component part of extra-high voltage alternating current test demonstration project which is the great national construction project in the 11 th Five-Year. The comprehensive test capability of extra-high voltage alternating current test site created twelve first ones in the world, and marked that our nation has been in the leading position at UHV transmission technique research area. Environmental climate laboratory project was an important part of extra-high voltage alternating current test site, and it was designed, researched ＆ developed and constructed as an EPC project by our company. The establishment and operation of the project made important breakthroughs in theory innovation, experimental investigation and engineering design uptimization. This paper sums up experience of quality management and security management in project implementation proeoss, and provides reference and theoretical support for the following EPC projects.
