| 摘 要： | 为保障拟建的青海省乐都县电解铝厂及当地群众生命财产安全,采用多种方法对厂址处大沟设计断面进行了水文计算和分析,得出了不同频率设计洪峰流量成果,为合理选定厂址和制定防洪规划等提供了科学依据.

| Abstract: | To protect the proposed aluminum plant itself and the local people’s lives and property safety in Ledu County,Qinghai Province,hydrological calculation and analysis of design section at the big groove are carried out by using a variety of methods.Design peak flow results obtained at different frequencies can provide a scientific basis for reasonably choosing site,formulating flood control planning,and so on. |
