漂白车间混合器的研究开发

摘    要:良好的混合质量是提高浆料漂白效果的关键性的要求。高效的浆料混合就是要求化学试剂和浆料均一分散 ,达到宏观级、纤维级、微观级的混合。随着漂白技术的不断发展 ,混合器也从连续混合槽到静态混合槽、高剪切混合器形成更好的纤维级混合 ,并提高了漂白质量。混合器中“流体化”运动的产生决定了最终的混合质量和混合效率。因此 ,使浆料产生“流体化”的高剪切混合器得到了迅速的发展。减小动力消耗、提高混合质量是混合器不断改进所要达到的目标。

Abstract:Good mixing is a critical requirement for effective pulp bleaching. Efficient pulp bleaching requires uniform distribution of chemical reagents and received mixing at macroscale, fibre_scale and microscale. With the development of pulp bleaching technology, mixers develop from continuously stirred tanks to static mixers and high_shear mixers. These mixers have led to better fibre_scale mixing and improved the quality of bleaching. The fluid_like motion of the mixers determines the ultimate mixture quality and efficiency. Therefore, high_shear mixers which create fluidization in the pulp develop rapidly. It is the target of the revolution of mixers that decrease power consumption and improve mixture quality.
