水环境监测中固相微萃取技术的应用

摘    要:固相微萃取(SPME)是近年来在固相萃取基础上发展起来的崭新的萃取分离技术。这项技术是一种简便快捷的样品前处理技术,不需要有机萃取剂,是一种环境友好的萃取过程。介绍了固相微萃取技术的萃取原理、萃取过程以及在水环境监测中的应用。

Abstract:Solid-phase microextraction(SPME)is a new extraction separation technology developing on the basis of Solid-phase extraction in recent years.This technique is a simple and fast sample pretreatment technology,needs not organic extractant,and is an environmental friendly extraction process.It introduces Solid-phase microextraction's extracting principles,the extraction process and the application in water environmental monitoring.
