| 摘 要： | 对液膜润滑的大型静压滑动轴承,当采用空心轴和软金属轴瓦时,考虑弹性变形后的静态工作性能进行了计算,根据计算结果,分析了轴承的承载能力、压力分布、轴心轨迹、摩擦力和温升等分析结果表明,弹性变形对轴承工作性能影响较大,不容忽视。

| Abstract: | The static operational preformance of large liquid film lubrication bearing with hollow shaft and soft metal bush is presented and calculated with the consideration of elastic deformatiom in this paper.The bearing capacity,preasure distribution,locus of shaft centre,friction,temperature rise and so on were analyzed based on these calculated results,which show that the elastic deformation has considerable influence over the operational performance of bearing.This phenomenon should not de neglected |
