摘    要:文中针对一起110 kV GIS设备隔离开关缺相故障导致主变压器跳闸的事故展开讨论,通过对故障录波进行分析,结合故障定位以及GIS设备开罐解体检修,最终找到了设备工艺缺陷及事故诱因,并提出合理的整改建议。

Abstract:A main transformer tripping accident caused by open-phase fault of 110 kV GIS disconnector is analyzed. Through the analysis of fault recording, and combined with fault location and disassembly maintenance of GIS equipment, the equipment process defects and the cause of the accident are finally found out, and the reasonable rectification suggestions are put forward.
