摘    要:在阐述棒料剪断机浮动料架现状及趋势的基础上,分析液动式或气动式浮动料架的不足,提出满足浮动料架平动要求的平行四边形机构的浮动料架,并对棒料剪断机浮动送料机构进行结构设计、受力分析及优化设计。研究结果对浮动料架的理论分析和应用发展有一定的现实意义。

Abstract:On the basis of current state and trends of the floating material shelf used in bar clipping machine, the parallelogram mechanical floating material shelf which satisfied its translation is put forward in the dissertation, especially its structure design and mechanial analysis. Optimization methods are applied to meet intensity, mechanical rigidity of the common parts of the op- timized design. The findings are expected to have practical significance on the development and application of theoretical analysis of the float materiel shelf.
