摘    要:
为获取最好的防腐处理方法,在80℃和不同腐蚀介质的条件下,实验研究了氮化处理和不处理管杆材料的耐腐蚀性能,对管杆材料在井下的防腐效果进行评价。结果表明:介质的矿化度越大,腐蚀性也就越厉害;氮化后材料的耐腐蚀性比材料不经过处理的耐腐蚀性强。

Abstract:
In order to obtain the best anticorrosion method,experiment study of corrosive characteristics about tube and rod materials which are nitrified and untreated was made under different corrosive mediums and 80 centigrade temperature,the anti-corrosion effect of tube and rod under well was appraised.The result shows that the larger the medium's total mineralized degree is,the more serious the corrosion becomes;the anti-corrosive characteristics of nitrified materials is more than untreated materials.
