泡沫碳化硅陶瓷表面原位合成Silicalite-1沸石的研究

摘    要:采用泡沫碳化硅陶瓷作为载体,在其表面制备沸石分子筛涂层.首先,通过聚氨酯泡沫热解结合可控熔渗反应烧结制备泡沫碳化硅陶瓷. 然后通过原位水热合成法在泡沫碳化硅陶瓷表面制备Silicalite-1沸石涂层. 沸石涂层和泡沫碳化硅载体所组成的复合材料具有独特的微孔/大孔结构,高的比表面积和界面结合强度.这种材料将会在催化、吸附/分离领域有广泛的应用前景.

Abstract:SiC foam ceramics was prepared via a controlled template liquid silicon infiltration process. In situ synthesis technique was used in order to grow zeolite crystals onto the substrate. The final Silicalite-1/SiC foam ceramic composite possesses multimodal (micro-/macro-) porosity, unique architecture, high surface area and outstanding interfacial bonding properties. Such materials are expected to find application in catalytic and sorption/separation fields.
