丝织工艺中两种张力波动信号的分析

本文对丝织工艺中织造时的经丝张力和络丝时的丝线张力的波动信号进行了分析,提出织造时的经丝张力波动应当用周期信号分析的方法,络丝张力波动应当用随机过程理论来进行研究。并对实测张力波动信号作了频谱分析,为设计张力传感器和微机张力信号采集系统提供了依据。

An Analysis on the Two Kinds of Yarn Tension Fluctuation Signals in Silk Weaving Process

Analyses are made on tension fluctuation signals of both the warp yarn during weaving and the winding yarn.The results show that it is desirable to use the periodic signal analysis for the study of warp yarn tension fluctuations and the random process theory for those of the winding yarn. The spectrum of the tension fluctuation signals is also analysed,providing a basis for the design of tension testing sensors and tension signal collect- ing systems with microcomputers.
