钨合金穿甲弹侵彻钢靶开坑阶段的MCA模拟

摘    要:用可移动元胞自动机数值模拟方法,对钨合金(93W)穿甲弹侵彻装甲钢靶板进行二维数值模拟.直观描述侵彻开坑阶段冲击应力波对材料结构的破坏作用和钢靶金属在弹头冲击侵彻压力作用下的破碎反向流动现象,较好解释了开坑阶段的穿甲机理,与试验符合很好,为分析穿甲侵彻过程提供了直观的重要数据.同时也证明本方法是分析模拟高速侵彻问题的有效工具.

Abstract:On the basis of Movable Cellular Automata(MCA),the 2D numerical simulation of tungsten alloy armour piercer piercing armour target is done.The material structural damage process is showed directly under the impacting stress wave,and also the fragments reverse flowing of steel target is got by the instant high pressure.The result explains penetrating mechanism clearly and is agreed with the experiments well.The simulation gives an important intuitionistic evidence for researching the penetration process,and proves that the method is efficient for simulating penetration problems.
