| Abstract: | In order to ensure electric power industry safety development, economic development, saving development and clean development, taking a road of sustainable development, and facing the 12th Five-Year Plan of electric power industry development, this paper studies the problems such as the planning for development of the electric power, forecasting of electricity market, adjustment of electric power structure, transformation of the development mode, legislation reform,etc, and gives some suggestions. |
