集对综合评价模型在水库优化调度方案决策中的应用

水库优化调度方案决策是具有多目标、多属性的复杂决策过程。应用集对分析同一度综合评价模型对洮河九甸峡水库11个调度方案进行决策优选，经分析检验结果合理，且计算简便、实用，是一种有效的决策优选方法，对决策者有很好的指导作用。

Application of Set Pair Analysis Evaluation Model in Decision-Making of Reservoir Optimal Operation Scheme

Decision-making of reservoir optimal operation scheme is a complex decision process with multi-objectives and multi-attributes. In the paper identical degree overall evaluation model of set pair analysis(SPA) was applied to decide and select eleven operation scheme of Jiudianxia reservoir on Taohe River. By analysis and examination, the results were reasonable and the calculation was convenient and practical, so it was a potent decision-making and optimal selection method and had an instructive effect to the policy maker.
