多金属结核氨浸渣合成的锂离子筛吸附性能研究

摘    要:针对以LiOH和多金属结核还原氨浸渣为原料合成的正尖晶石结构的锂离子筛的吸附性能展开研究。交换动力学曲线表明,锂的交换速度较快;锂离子筛具有较佳的吸附效果,其饱和吸附容量与国内外用纯锰化合物制备的离子筛吸附容量接近;离子分配系数的大小顺序为Li+>Ca2+>Mg2+>K+>Na+,锂镁、锂钙的分离因数分别达到16756和35483。

Abstract:The exchange performance of the lithium ion-sieve is studied,which was synthesized with LiOH and reduction-ammoniacal leaching residue of polymetallic nodules.The kinetic curve of Li-IS shows that the exchange equilibrium of Li+ is achieved quickly.The saturated exchange capacity is about 6.5mg/g closed to the ion-sieve prepared with pure compounds of manganese.The distribution coefficient order is as the following: Li+>Ca2+>Mg2+>K+>Na+,and the separation coefficients of lithium-calcium and lithium-magnesium are 16756 and 35483 respectively.
