摘    要:计算分析了阴极炭块圆弧面铣刀的切削宽度随着刀具磨损的变化,探讨了切削宽度对炭块加工表面质量的影响,提出了优化刀具刀片结构的参数和选择范围,并在生产实践中得到应用。

Abstract:To meet the demand of high-speed machining,the original structure of arc milling cutter is optimized based both on the calculation of the remotion-band width of are milling cutter which changes with the cutter's wear course,and the analysis results of the relationship between the remotion-band width and the surface quality of the machined carbon block.The optimized cutter's de- sired-performances have been already proven in practice.
