基于视觉图像处理的铝合金交流TIG焊阴极清理区域的研究

摘    要:介绍了方波交流钨极氩弧焊的工艺特点以及铝合金焊接过程中β(正半波电流占整个周期电流的比例)对阴极清理作用的影响。针对铝合金交流TIG焊电弧的特点,合理选择CCD、滤光系统构建了被动视觉传感器和图像采集处理系统。比较三种β值时铝合金交流TIG焊接的阴极清理作用,采用图像处理技术提取阴极清理区和焊接熔池的边缘,获得了阴极清理区域和熔池宽度。通过与实际测量比较表明,采用被动视觉传感技术和图像处理方法可以准确反映阴极清理作用,通过图像处理获得的熔池尺寸与实测值基本吻合。

Abstract:The influence of the cathode cleaning action which come from technology characteristics of the square wave AC TIG welding and the parameter βthe ratio which is half-wave current to the cycle of current in aluminum welding process are discussed.According to the characteristics of AC TIG aluminum alloy welding arc,the CCD and the filter system are chosen reasonably.The passive vision sensor,the image acquisition and processing system are constructed.The cathode cleaning action of the β values on aluminum alloy AC TIG welding are compared through experiments.The edges of the cathode clean area and the weld pool are extracted by image processing,and the width are successfully obtained from their edge.The measurement results show that:Using passive visual sensing technology and image processing method can accurately reflect the cathode cleaning action,and the pool size obtained by image processing are consistent with the measured size.
