摘    要:
泾惠渠渠首大跨度预应力简支箱梁工程属于渠首电站及大坝拦河闸门附属检修道路工程的关键建筑物,其质量优劣直接影响着电站检修车辆、设备的安全运输。由于该箱梁工程跨度大、重量大(单片梁长37m,总重300t)且施工场地狭窄的特殊性,梁身必须在现场浇筑施工,因此,对各道工序如支架预压、混凝土浇筑、波纹管埋设、钢绞线穿孔及钢绞线张拉等要求更为严格。通过对泾惠渠渠首大跨度预应力简支箱梁的施工质量控制等的论述,使读者了解简支预应力后张法箱梁施工关键工序、材料的质量控制,以期为同类型工程提供一定的参考。

Abstract:
The pre-stressed box simple girder with wide span is a key structure for the road project accessing to power station and dam gates of the Jinghui channel irrigation district. The working procedure was strict, because the body of girder was poured on spot. The quality control of the pre-stressed box girder with wide span, concerning of key step of construction schedule and the construction materials were expounded in the paper for the reference of similar projects.
