摘    要:本文介绍了一种简单有效的无载体固定化技术-交联酶聚集体(CLEAs)技术,其在食品行业应用较广。通过使用CLEAs技术,制备合适粒径、高催化活性,以及良好稳定性的CLEAs是研究的主要目标,因此本文探讨了粒径的调控方式,并对修饰CLEAs活性,稳定性的方法进行了归纳与分析。在此基础上阐述了各种添加剂在CLEAs技术中的应用和当下该技术结合其他固定化方法来提高稳定性的研究趋势。在未来,为了满足各种新来源CLEAs的开发,探索新交联剂和CLEAs催化机制的研究也将是该领域研究的重点目标之一。而对于制备不同来源和不同类型的CLEAs需进行优化的问题,本文提出了建立精准化智能信息平台的建议,旨在为快速设计和筛选不同的CLEAs提供基础。

Abstract:A simple and effective technique of cross-linked enzyme aggregation(CLEAs)using a carrierless immobilization technique was introduced in this review. By using CLEAs technology,the preparation of CLEAs with suitable particle size,high catalytic activity and good stability is the primary goal of the study. Therefore,the regulation of particle size,the methods for modifying the activity and stability of CLEAs were summarized and analyzed in the paper. Based on this,the application of various additives in the cross-linked enzyme aggregate technology and the research trend of this technology combined with other immobilization methods to improve the stability were described. In the future,in order to meet the development of various new sources of CLEAs,the search for new crosslinking agents and CLEAs catalytic mechanisms will also be one of the key research objectives in this field. For the optimization of the preparation of different cross-linked enzyme aggregates,we have proposed suggestions for the establishment of an accurate intelligent information platform aimed at providing a basis for the rapid design and screening of different cross-linked enzyme aggregates.
