| 摘 要： | 利用Microsoft Speech SDK语音开发包和提供的TTS组件技术,在VS.NET2008开发环境下,采用C#语言开发适用于智能手机的语音导航教学辅助系统的设计方案。首先介绍了系统开发平台的选型根据,其次对系统体系结构和系统功能进行详细论述,最后给出了系统关键技术及实现方法。该系统的开发方法在适合视障人士的应用领域中具有一定指导意义和实际的应用价值。
