| 摘 要： | 工程项目的基层作业队是项目施工现场的基层施工队伍,基层作业队管理模式创新探索对于大型水电施工企业的可持续发展非常重要。通过对某水电集团公司在建项目作业队管理模式的调研,对目前大型水利水电施工企业作业队管理模式中存在的问题和困难进行分析。提出了三条有针对性的建议,对大型水利水电施工行业的可持续发展有一定的借鉴作用。

| Abstract: | The management model innovation of the operation team,as a basic construction unit in field,is very important for the sustainable development of a hydropower construction enterprise.Based on the investigation of constructing project of a certain hydropower group conpany,the problems and difficulties in the management model of the subcontracted operation team are showed and analyzed here for the large hydropower construction enterprise at present,and three pertinent suggestions are proposed,providing some references for similar construction industries. |
