脱除页岩油中碱性氮化物的工艺研究

摘    要:采用络合萃取精制-脱氮组合工艺脱除页岩油中的碱性氮化物,研究了脱除条件对碱性氮化物脱除效果的影响。结果表明,络合萃取精制-脱氮组合工艺脱氮效果优于络合萃取精制工艺。在以试剂A为脱氮剂,剂油体积比为0.15,反应温度为50℃,反应时间为25min,沉降时间为1h的最佳工艺条件下,可使碱性氮化物含量由2670.75μg/g降至76.36μg/g,碱性氮脱除率为97.14%,页岩油收率为75.2%。

Abstract:The basic nitrogen compounds in shale oil were removed by complexation extraction -deni- trogenation combined process,and the effects of pro- cessing condition on removal efficiency were studied. The results showed that the combined process was su- perior to single complexation extraction process in de- nitrogenation. The optimal condition was:with A as denitrogenation agent,the volume ratio of the agent to oil O. 15, reaction temperature 50℃, reaction time 25 min,settlement time 1 h. Under above condition, the content of basic nitrogen compounds decreased from 2 670.75 μg/g to 76.36 μg/g,the removal rate of basic nitrogen compounds was up to 97.14% , and the yield of shale oil was 75.2%.
