办公建筑围护结构节能改造及模拟分析

摘    要:以湖南地区某办公建筑为研究对象,对围护结构分别进行外墙节能改造、外窗节能改造、屋面节能改造及增设内外遮阳系统等方案进行模拟分析。分析结果表明,对冬季热负荷影响最大是外墙外保温的泡沫玻璃保温体系,对夏季冷负荷影响最大是外遮阳。

Abstract:Taking an office building in HuNan as the research object. Simulation analysis the various schemes about enclosure structure by energy saving renovation external wails or external windows or roof and increase internal and external sunshade system, respectively. The results show that exterior insulation of bubble glass thermal insulation system has great influence on heat load in winter. External shading has great effect on cooling load in summer.
