| Abstract: | This paper introduced the Gate-ban system based on the RFID integrated circuit IC e5550, the read/write base station integrated circuit U2270B, the microcontroller M44C260 of TEMIC Corporation and the electrocontrol lock. Some points for attention of the design circuit are also given. |
