浑水条件下偏心铰弧形闸门的空化空蚀

摘    要:在空化空蚀试验台上,对黄河小浪底水利枢纽排沙洞偏心铰弧形闸门顶水封的1:1切片,进行缝隙空穴流试验。直接观测其在清、浑水条件下原型可能出现的空化空蚀状况。同时,分析了浑水对空化的影响后表明,浑水的产压级高于清水,浑水的空蚀强度大于清水,且均随浑水的浓度增加而加大。

Abstract:On cavitation and cavitation erosion test stand, slit cavitation flow tests in a 1:1 slice model of the top seal of eccentric-hinge radial gate installed at the flushing tunnel of Xiaolangdi hydro-junction on Huanghe River were carried out. Cavitation and cavitation erosion features which may be occured under clear and silting water conditions in prototype were measured directly. At the same time, analysed the influences of silting water upon cavitation, analytic results revealed that the noise spectra of silting water is higher than that of the clear water, the intensity of cavitation erosion of silting water greater than claer water, also both increase along with the raise of the concentration of silting water.
