| 摘 要： | 油罐焊缝特别是下节点焊缝的焊接质量对油罐安全的影响十分明显,本文通过对某新建油罐下节点角焊缝进行磁记忆应力集中检测,分析检测波形图,查找存在应力集中的点和部位,对角焊缝的焊接质量进行评估。再结合其它检测方法,可以对油罐焊缝缺陷的早期诊断提供科学依据,具有重要的现实意义。

| Abstract: | The jointing quality,especially the jointing welds,is very important for the secure work of oil tank.Through the magnetic memory testing of jointing welds in a new oil tank,we analyzed the tested graph,and found out the zone of stress concentration.The jointing quality could be evaluated.With other testing technique,we could give scientific warranty to find out the defect early.Therefore,the research had important practical significance. |
