二代降烯烃催化剂的评价

摘    要:对国内外相继开发的二代降烯烃催化剂在连续化提升管装置上进行了评价 ,通过对不同进料及不同操作条件的考察 ,筛选出适合锦州石化分公司催化原料及工艺特点的催化剂 ,即降烯烃效果较好的催化剂LBO - 1 6 ,该剂同时具有较高的轻油收率 ,为锦州石化分公司FCC装置使用降烯烃催化剂生产低烯烃汽油提供了可靠的数据依据

Abstract:Developed olefin-reducing catalysts at home and abroad were eveluated in the continuous rising pipe unit at the laboratory. through exploring different charging stocks and differet operation conditions, the catalyst which was suited for catalysis stock feed and technology feature of Jinzhou petrochemical Co. was selected. It was catalyst LBO-16 which had good olefin-reducing effect and higher light oil rate. The reliable data reference for Jinzhou petrochemical Co. FCC unit which used olefin-reducing catalyst was given.
