井下工具试验装置设计分析

摘    要:采用现场试验的方法研究井下工具费用高、时间长、效果差。为了开发先进的井下工具,有必要建设一套试验装置,模拟现场工艺及工况来检测工具的性能。对试验加载系统、井口系统、井身结构、密封结构、试验介质循环系统、测控系统等主要组成部分的设计作了分析。

Abstract:It will cost more,take long time and less effective by use of testing on site to develop and study downhole tool.It's necessary to set up the test-equipment to detect the performance of the downhole tool at simulated spot technology and working condition.It is composed of test loading system,wellhead device,well bore construction,sealing device,mud circulating system and measure and control system,and this article make an analysis for the design of these main equipments and systems.
