| Abstract: | Chief supervision engineer is the main body of authority and responsibility for supervision implementation of project agency,is a criyical factor of sucsess or failure for supervision.Supervision enterprises should pay attention to the selection of director,technology development,human resourses management,leadership art,public relations training,strengthen the performance appraisal,contihuously improve the level of director,and improve the project management level. |
