摘    要:总监理工程师是项目机构实施监理的权力主体和责任主体,是决定监理成败的关键因素。监理企业要重视总监的选拔以及对其技术、人力资源管理、领导艺术、公共关系等方面的培养,加强绩效考核,不断提高总监的水平,提高项目管理的水平。

Abstract:Chief supervision engineer is the main body of authority and responsibility for supervision implementation of project agency,is a criyical factor of sucsess or failure for supervision.Supervision enterprises should pay attention to the selection of director,technology development,human resourses management,leadership art,public relations training,strengthen the performance appraisal,contihuously improve the level of director,and improve the project management level.
