试析现代社区商业中心设计——上海桃浦五村商业综合楼

现在社区商业中心，在城市化的进程中，成为提升社区品质和居民居住水平的一个有效保证。文章通过桃浦五村商业综合楼的设计，分析了在社区商业中心中，区域位置，周围商业环境，道路交通尤其是轨道交通，商业的多样性设置，商业空间和商业造型，对商业的影响和利导，试图总结和分析商业设计在城市社区级别的一些合理性原则。

Now the community commercial center, in the process of ascending community, become an effective guarantee of promoting the quality of the residents living. This article through the Taopu village five commercial building design, analysis various factors about the regional location, the surrounding business environment, traffic especially rail transportation, commercial diversity set, commercial space and business modeling, and attempts to summarize and analysis some impacts on business ,to find some principle of rational commercial design in city community level.
