| 摘 要： | 大学生就业难的主要原因是目前学校的教育不能适应社会、企业的需求，教育主管部门和学校应设置专门的机构，发挥行业协会作用，加强与企业的合作，让行业协会和企业参与办学，促进人才培养，疏通就业渠道。 |

| Abstract: | The main reason for graduates' employment difficulty is that the present education cannot meet the social and enterprises' needs.The education department in charge and schools should set up a special institution to exert the functions of guilds,strengthen the cooperation between schools and enterprises,let guilds and enterprises participate in schooling,foster talents training and enlarge employment. |
