湖南怀化大塘古代冶铁遗址初步研究

摘    要:通过对湖南省怀化市新建镇大塘村古代冶炼遗址进行考古学调查及试掘,并对出土的陶瓷器进行分析,初步判断其为清代遗址。采用扫描电子显微镜-能谱仪(SEM-EDS)及X射线衍射分析(XRD)等手段对出土炉渣、矿石等冶金遗物进行成分和物相检测分析。结果表明,大塘遗址为块炼铁遗址,所使用矿石含钛磁铁矿及赤铁矿。对该遗址的研究可为探讨清代怀化地区及湖南社会组织结构、生产方式及经济生活提供了重要的线索。

Abstract:A field investigation was conducted on an ancient smelting site in Datang Village, Xinjian County, Huaihua City, Hunan Province. The archeological analysis of pottery and ceramics excavated from the site revealed that it was an archaeometallurgy site in the Qing Dynasty. Scanning electron microscope spectrometer (SEM-EDS) and X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD) were used to analyze composition and phase of slag and ore unearthed from the site. The results show that the Datang site is a bloomery iron smelting site. The ore used contains titanium magnetite and hematite. The study plays a very important role in understanding social organization structure, production methods, and economics of the area in the Qing Dynasty.
