| 摘 要： | 针对中国服装企业对人才的需求现状,充分认识到高校旧有的人才培养模式已远远不能适应服装企业的发展需要。提出了通过产学研合作教育途径,以服装产业为背景,加大高校服装人才培养改革力度,从企业人才需求、教学实践体系等角度,积极探索具有创新能力及创业精神的复合型服装专业人才的培养模式,努力培养出服装企业需求的高素质的复合型服装专业人才。

| Abstract: | According to the requirement situation of enterprises in the clothing industry,this paper fully recognize that the old education system of garment designer can not adapt to the development of enterprises.We should adopt the trinity way of enterprises,campuses and research institutes with the clothing industry as the background,strengthen the reform of fashion talents training mode to fit to the requirements of enterprises.Moreover,we should start from talent requirements of enterprises and training practice system to actively seek out the training pattern of compound talents in fashion major with the innovation ability and creation spirit. |
